Receiving Your Order
DO NOT SIGN FOR YOUR SHIPMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE FULLY INSPECTED YOUR ORDER.
Upon receiving your shipment from BuySinopec.com, we advise you to complete our Three-Point Inspection:
- Proper unloading of your shipment.
- Take inventory of all received items and compare them with your purchase order.

Remove packaging and inspect received product(s) for any damages or leaks.
- If items are damaged or missing, please note the damages and/or shortages on your delivery receipt before signing for your items.
- By signing the delivery receipt, you are accepting the shipment in good condition and waiving your right to file a claim.
- Once you sign for your received shipment, you are guaranteeing all items received are in the condition specified on your delivery sheet. As the purchaser, you have the right to fully inspect your order.
Replacements or refunds will not be issued for any damaged packaging that does not cause loss, leakage, or diminished product quality (i.e., damaged boxes and dented drums).
