Delivery and Pickup Options
During checkout, select one of the three options shown in the Delivery section:

Delivery
Ship the order directly to the delivery address entered during checkout.
Warehouse Pickup
Pick up the order from an available BuySinopec.com warehouse that has your products in stock.
Ship to Terminal Pickup Point
Ship the order to a nearby freight terminal and collect it there.
Warehouse Pickup
Select Warehouse Pickup to view warehouses that currently have your items available.
Checkout displays available warehouses, addresses, pricing, and estimated preparation times.
Select the warehouse you prefer and complete checkout. Warehouse pickup may be available in Jacksonville, Houston, Toms River, and Ontario, depending on inventory.
Do not go to the warehouse until you receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pickup. “Usually ready in 2 hours” is an estimate, not a ready-for-pickup confirmation.
Ship to Terminal Pickup Point
Select Ship to Terminal Pickup Point to have your order shipped to a nearby freight terminal for pickup.
Checkout displays terminal pickup points near the location entered.
How to Select a Terminal
- In the Delivery section at checkout, select Ship to Terminal Pickup Point.
- Confirm that the location shown is correct. Select Change location if you want to search near a different city, state, or ZIP code.
- Use Map or List to view available terminal pickup points.
- Review each terminal’s address, carrier, loading information, hours, and price.
- Select your preferred terminal pickup point and complete checkout.
- Wait for notification that your shipment is ready before traveling to the terminal.
Do not go to the terminal based only on tracking information. Wait for the terminal or BuySinopec.com to confirm that your order is available for pickup.
Terminal Pickup Timing
Most orders arrive at the selected terminal within 1–5 business days. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Terminal hours vary by location. Review the hours displayed during checkout and confirm the terminal is open before traveling.
What to Bring
- Your BuySinopec.com order number;
- A valid government-issued photo ID;
- A vehicle capable of safely carrying the order; and
- Straps or other equipment needed to secure the products.
Most terminals provide a dock, ramp, forklift, or another loading method, as shown in the terminal details. The customer is responsible for safely securing and transporting the products after pickup.
Pickup Deadline
Orders must be collected within five business days after you are notified that the order is ready, unless the warehouse or terminal provides a different deadline.
Storage fees may apply after the stated deadline. Third-party terminals may impose shorter pickup periods or additional storage charges.
Failure to collect an order does not cancel the purchase. Uncollected orders may be subject to storage charges, return freight, and the applicable 50% restocking fee.
