Orders will be available for pickup only only after a pickup confirmation email is sent. Do NOT go directly to the pick up location orders can take up to 24 hours to become available.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. 1. 1. Search for your closest pickup location on the map above (click on map), or you can call our shipping department directly to confirm a pick up location. (855)405-6789 Extension x2
    2. Once order is placed, shipping will contact you to verify and confirm the terminal location selected for pickup.
    3. Most orders deliver to pickup locations within (1-5) business days depending on the distance from origin location.
    4. Most terminals are open for pickups between (8am-4pm | Mon-Fri) but can differ.
    5. All pickup locations have loading docks, ramps and forklifts to load your pickup truck, flatbed, van, straight truck, unless otherwise advised.
    6. When picking up your order, you will need your order number, and a valid government-issued photo ID.
    7. Your order can can only be held for pick up for up to 2 business days. Storage fees will accrue after that threshold at a minimum of $50.00 per day.
