ELC contains a unique extended life carboxylate inhibitor system and nitrite/molybdate as secondary inhibitors. This product contains no silicate, borate, nitrate, or phosphate and requires no traditional SCA additions. Meets all the requirements of CAT EC-1, TMC RP 329, and TMC RP 338. ELC is available as a concentrate and as 50/50 and 60/40 volume mixtures ELC with deionized water. This product is the 50/50 mixture.

Extended Life Coolant/Antifreeze should be maintained between a 45% to 60% coolant and a 55% to 40% water mix for optimal performance. Extended Life 50/50 Prediluted Coolant/Antifreeze features a patented Organic Acid Technology (OAT) formula that protects cooling systems for 600000 miles of on-road use (6 years or 12000 hours of off-highway use) without the use of Supplemental Coolant Additives (SCAs).
