Shearglide Drawex 835 is a medium viscosity, heavy-duty drawing and stamping compound designed to eliminate metal to metal contact in difficult forming operations.
Shearglide Drawex 835 contains lubricity and extreme pressure (EP) additives to provide smooth metal flow and extended tool life. It also provides stain and corrosion resistance. It is readily cleaned from finished parts to avoid downstream concerns.
Shearglide Drawex 835 is highly additized, thus it can be used as a spike oil to boost other stamping, drawing, or cutting oil performance.
