Description
Aquaglide 5080 is a high viscosity, water base drawing and stamping compound designed for deep draws, heavy shaving, blanking, and punching.
Aquaglide 5080 “sticks to metal” which is critical in multi stage forming operations.
After Forming Aquaglide 5080 is formulated to be easily removed from parts and is safe on all metal types including aluminum and brass.
Aquaglide 5080 contains a good rust inhibitor package for interim protection, is clean running, and is compatible with carbide tooling.
