At dilutions below 65% by volume, also meets ASTM D8039 requirements for use in heat transfer and HVAC systems.

Nonflammable: With flash and fire points above the boiling point of water, glycols present little fire hazard when mixed with water at concentrations of 20% or greater.

Leak detection: Dyed a fluorescent pink color to allow easy identification of leaks during operation and maintenance.
